This service cannot be used to track Postal Delivery orders. It can only be used for orders which are delivered via Courier.

• Go to the bottom right of the courier's web page.
• Under Quick POD Check, enter your Flowers Delivered UK order confirmation number in the By reference Number field.
• You must ensure that your order confirmation number is prefixed with the letters FD.
• Click on the arrow to the right of the box.
• You will be presented with a summary of the delivery status of your delivery.
• For more detailed information click on the More Info (Open) link on the left of the page.

IMPORTANT: YOU MUST ensure that your order number (Sender's Reference) is prefixed with the letters FD. You will have received your FD order numberon the Confirmation E-mail sent to you when you placed your order. If you have misplaced or do not know your your Order ID/ Number, click here to log into your account a check your previous order details.
