Illinois-based ML Realty Partners has purchased a 185,220 square foot industrial building in the Brookhollow industrial district in Northwest Dallas. The property is at 7601 Ambassador Row and is fully leased by two long-term tenants.
California-based Greenlaw Partners has purchased two apartment communities in Dallas’ Oak Lawn community. The Montage Apartments at 5414 Cedar Springs Road and the nearby Hub apartments at 3136 Hudnal Street have 624 units on 17.6 acres. The properties were sold by Texas-based Firestone MLP. Jackson Cloak, Ed Kim, Collin Downey, Jeff Rowerdink, Joe Leon and Jay Gunn of Berkadia Commercial Mortgage Inc. and Berkadia Real Estate Advisors LLC brokered and financed the deal. Salt Lake City-based Bridge Investment Group provided the mortgage.
