Track your Online Flower Delivery.

This service cannot be used to track Postal Delivery orders. It can only be used for orders which are delivered via Courier.
Click Here to track your weekday gift delivery and follow the instructions below.

1. The above link will take you straight to our couriers' Home page.
2. On the right of the page, under Quick POD Check, enter your Flowers Delivered UK order confirmation number in the By reference Number field.
3. You must ensure that your order confirmation number is prefixed with the letters FD.
4. Click on the arrow to the right of the box.
5. You will be presented with a summary of the delivery status of your delivery.
6. For more details information click on the More Info (Open) link on the left of the page.

IMPORTANT: YOU MUST ensure that your order number (Sender's Reference) is prefixed with the letters FD. You will have received your FD order number on the Confirmation E-mail sent to you when you placed your order. If you have misplaced or do not know your your Order ID/ Number, click here to log into your account a check your previous order details.
